Can I change my registered email address?

If you are now using a different email address as your default and would like to change it on your account, please contact the NativeRich Customer Support, who will ensure those details are changed for you.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

We’ve all done it. If you’ve forgotten your password, then simply click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link on the Login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password and regain access to your account.
